The couple lived in Manhattan, maintaining a relatively private life away from the Hollywood spotlight. They shared a deep bond, and their son, who was conceived on their wedding night, was born in 1982.

One of his notable works includes recording the audiobook for “Heartthrob,” a novel from the Bennett Brothers Series by Ahren Sanders, which featured a topless hunk on its cover. Flynn’s narration extended to other titles in the trilogy, including “Hot Shot” and “Sexy Six.”
In September 2019, Flynn became engaged to Lorena Monagas, a talented and accomplished storyteller and artist. Lorena took to Instagram to share the sweet details of Flynn’s proposal, which occurred at a pumpkin patch.
“I couldn’t wait to go pumpkin picking this year, so we went early in the season, and I found a surprise waiting for me 🎃,” she captioned the post in part.
Lorena’s background is as rich and diverse as her work. She holds an MFA from The Academy for Classical Acting at the Shakespeare Theatre and George Washington University, along with a BFA in Graphic Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Her artistic journey includes training at prestigious institutions such as Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, Massachusetts, The William Esper Studio, and The Barrow Group in New York City. She has also studied at Casa Cruz de la Luna in San Germán, Puerto Rico.
Lorena’s experience spans film, multimedia, and voice-over projects, making her a multi-disciplinary artist who shares Flynn’s passion for storytelling.
